The Accorto Status summarizes the status and use of the Accorto app and identifies areas where action is needed.
In the Welcome Tab, click on Status.
Summary

T+E Items
The first 20 T+E Items with the status of New - most often 'abandoned' records, especially of the hours are 0. Sometimes users do not delete the time entry but set the hours to 0.
T+E Reports
The 20 first Reports with a Status of New - Most often, the cause is that the report could not be submitted as there was no Manager or the manager user is inactive, or no Approval process was applicable.
Projects
High volume Projects, which may cause issues with Salesforce Governor limitations.
(Set the Status to 'NoActuals')
