Shift Types are the template to create Shifts. The Shift Type information are copied to a Shift and can be modified there.
A Shift Type can be created in the Shift Type Tab or in the Shift Calendar and has the main attributes
- Start - End Time
- (Background) Color in the Shift Calendar
- Positions, Resource Count, Skill Set, (Border) Color
- For what days to create automatically
A Shift Position has
- Name (e.g. First Level Support)
- Resource Count (i.e. how many positions need to be filled)
- Resource Skill (matching Resource Skills)
- Position (Border) Color
