Shift Resources use the Accorto Resource: Adding Users and Resources
For Shift Management, the main attributes are
- Manager Flag - determines if the user can edit/create shifts in the Shift Calendar
- Skill
A resource is usually a (Salesforce) User, but does not have to.
For the Self-Service option, a resource needs to have a Salesforce license.
