The main setup steps after the installation are

  • create resources
  • create shift types
The day-to-day operation is to create and manage shifts.

Custom Settings


In > Setup > Develop > Custom Settings

click on Manage for the Accorto Settings


If no settings are defined, create them for Default Organization Level


The main Settings for Shift Management are

  • Shift Show Month - if selected shows the Month View in the Shift Calendar as default
  • Shift Show Weekend - if selected, shows the Weekends i the Shift Calendar as default
  • Shift Self Service - if selected allows users to sign up for shifts or remove themselves if the Shift is not locked
